 Partnered with the Adalal team to modernize their digital growth engine through a data-first, experimentation-driven approach. Integrated GA4 and Tableau to build a robust analytics layer that captured key customer behaviors and surfaced growth opportunities. Rolled out Google Optimize experiments across product pages and navigation to improve conversion rate and reduce bounce. Utilized SEMRush and GTM to optimize inbound SEO and campaign tagging across paid and organic efforts. Created a modular personalization framework with Dynamic Yield, enabling adaptive homepage and collection layouts based on affinity and behavior.
